We are pleased to share information about two helpful services from Bristol Family Hubs that may be of interest to parents and carers in our nursery community.
The New Parents Group offers a welcoming space for parents of babies aged 0 to 6 months to connect with others, share experiences and access support during the early stages of parenthood. Sessions include topics such as infant massage, baby play and development, weaning, wellbeing and keeping babies safe. The sessions are free to attend, although booking is required.
Bristol Family Hubs have also introduced a new online registration system for a range of family sessions. Parents and carers will now need to register and book a place before attending activities including Stay and Play, Hello Baby, Infant Feeding, Learn and Play Baby (PEEP), Postnatal Rockabye and Parents to be Rockabye sessions.
