Recently, our settings St Phillip’s Marsh Nursery School and Cashmore Early Years Centre have had the opportunity to be a part of a new pilot scheme from the Bristol Standard.
The pilot scheme incorporates the new reflective outdoor framework. Different settings were asked to focus on different chapters, and our chapter focused on how we use our reflection skills and implementation abilities to better our outdoor space for the children.
Below, you can view the Submission Letter. The Bristol Standard loved how we show deep insight and understanding of our children, families, and local community, which has informed and been central throughout our reflective journey.
“It is evident that children are at the heart of everything you do.”
We are so thrilled to have such fantastic feedback from The Bristol Standard.
“Your benefits for children are clear and relevant to your targets. It has been an absolute joy to look at all your evidence which enabled us to feel we were in your setting and we look forward to your updates moving forward.
We would like to thank you for being part of the Outdoor Reflective Framework pilot. Your involvement as participants has been key in ensuring this is a valuable and user-friendly reflective framework which we can share with the wider early year’s community.”
Above is the certificate that The Bristol Standard has awarded, and we are incredibly proud to have received it.
