We would like to extend a huge thank you to Burges Salmon LLP (a local legal firm) for purchasing a Shaun in the City school sculpture for us. The children will be decorating the baa-rilliant sculpture in due course.
Shaun the Sheep is starring in two ewe-nique charity arts trails across London and Bristol, organised by Wallace & Gromit’s Children’s Foundation – introducing, Shaun in the City!
The charity are bringing 120 giant Shaun the Sheep sculptures, created by artists, designers and celebrities, to green spaces and iconic locations across London and Bristol for the public to enjoy! The sculptures will go to auction later in the year to raise funds for Wallace & Gromit’s Wallace Children’s Charity and The Grand Appeal, Bristol Children’s Hospital Charity, helping sick children in hospitals across the UK.
The first flock of 50 sculptures arrived in London on 28th March and are making the capital their home until 25th May. A further flock of 70 b-ewe-tiful sculptures will then graze Bristol’s pastures from 6th July to 31st August. With different sculptures appearing in each city, be sure to catch them both!
