Bristol Family Hubs are offering free parenting groups for families with children aged 0-8 years, including the “Parenting Puzzle” programme specifically designed for parents of 0-5-year-olds.
These professionally led workshops cover essential topics such as understanding children’s behaviour, positive communication, managing boundaries, and dealing with stress. Groups are available both online and in-person, with virtual sessions running on Tuesday evenings.
All groups are entirely free and run by qualified staff at local Children’s Centres. Both in-person and virtual options are available to suit different family needs.
