We are able to offer extra sessions in addition to the free 15 hours entitlement. For example, if you have a morning session and want your child to stay all day, you can “top up” with an additional 3 hours session. The cost for each 3 hour session is £25.00. We can give advice about how to access tax credits and other benefits to offset the cost.
The government also offers 30 hours free childcare for 3-4 year olds if you earn more than the equivalent of 16 hours at the national living wage or minimum wage per week.
You can choose which days of the week suit you, but we ask you to book regular days. Places are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis.
We also have our successful Breakfast and After School Clubs (known as ‘Froglets’). Breakfast Club runs from 7.45 – 9.00 am and includes a light, healthy meal (£5.00 per session). After School Club runs from 3.30 – 5.45 pm (£12.50 per session excluding food). Further information can be found here Froglets | St Philips Marsh Nursery School. If you qualify for 30 hours free childcare, the 30 hours can be used to include Breakfast Cub and After School Club.
All our extra services are supervised by staff who work in the School and places will need to be booked in advance.
