The Travelling Light Theatre Company visited the Nursery on two occasions to run story telling sessions with the children. Firstly the children had to shout their names out and these were ‘caught’ in a paper bag. The children were then enthralled with the making of ‘Jack’ (the main character in our story) out of newspaper. The children worked collaboratively to make Jack’s story come to life and even acted it out. The actors also wrote down our story and read it back to us. We are great story tellers!
